A simple and easy to make recipe, requiring few ingredients and even allowing you to use the leftovers from the previous day's meal...Ingredient list: - 250 g of fish - 250g of potatoes - 1 spoonful of chopped parsley - 1/2 clove of garlic - salt and pepper - 1 pinch of nutmeg - 2 eggs - 200g of breadcrumbs - flour - frying oil Preparation: Clean the fish and boil it with some vegetables, or recover the fish left over from the previous day's meal. Peel and dice the potatoes and cook them in salted water. Then mash the potatoes, mix with the parsley and chopped fish. Add the finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix well. Sprinkle your hands with a little flour and form elongated croquettes. Pass them through the egg and then the breadcrumbs. Then fry over medium heat and enjoy.
